Orwell Pro and XsitePro

I just got through creating and uploading a new article page to one of my websites.  It took me less than 5 minutes.  How did I do it?  I used Orwell Pro’s XSitePro export feature, thats how.  In my opinion, this is one of the most useful and powerful features of Orwell Pro.

As I have previously discussed, Orwell Pro has the capability to export text articles, html page(formatted) articles and XSitePro web pages.  If you own XSitePro, you know that being able to quickly take your content or your article and put it up on your XSitePro site can be done easily, but not that easily.  But when you use Orwell Pro to export one or more pages to your XSitePro site, the work becomes almost effortless.

This feature, in and of itself, gives you ability to upload many articles in very little time – so your website content is kept fresh and the SE spiders keep coming back for more.  That means more traffic!

So, how can Orwell Pro be used for XSitePro page exporting?

Inside Orwell Pro’s project area is a tab for XSitePro page creation.  The tab is set up with the exact same selections you have on your XSitePro interface when adding a new page.  For example, you have the option to select whether or not you want the page shown on the sitemap.  You have the option of populating the meta keywords and description using the Orwell Pro tokens.  You have the option of showing the page on the navigation menu, the main panel footer or the page footer.  All of these options are the same options you have right within the XSitePro interface itself.

You can see what a significant time saver this would be.  Once you find your article or navigate to your PLR article on your hard drive, you make your selections on the XSitePro tab.  Once you are done you click OK and then you click the “Export to XSitePro” button and your web page is added to your XSitePro web site automatically!  All you have to do then is upload to your web server and the page is on your site.  Of course, you can do this right within XSitePro.

So you see, using Orwell Pro with XsitePro is very powerful.  It is also a very efficient way of using your time given the little time most of us have to make sure our websites are kept up to date with fresh content.  That is what the advantage of using Orwell Pro is all about.

Orwell Pro and a Very Funny Video

OK – what does Owell Pro have in common with a very funny video? You guessed it – absolutely nothing. But, I just couldn’t resist posting this video once I found it because it is sooo funny! Especially if you are a cat lover. See the video at the end of this post and enjoy.
Back to Orwell Pro. Orwell Pro offers a way for you to easily continue to build up your website by giving very easy ways to update your website content. One way that Orwell Pro allows you to do this is to give you the means to be able to build a web page from an article or article content using ANY html template.

The export html template feature of Orwell Pro is similar to the export text feature with the exception that your end result is an html page that you can just plop into your existing website. Of course, you could also use this feature to build stand alone one page article websites for Adsense revenue.

So, here is what you do after you open up your project in Orwell Pro to use the export html template feature. Take an existing html template that you have or make one from scratch and enter that code in the “export html template” box in the Orwell Pro html tab for the project you are working on. Just cut and paste it in.

Now, go ahead and add some of the Orwell Pro tokens to put your article content where you want it and to put your keywords on your web page. Remember, the article content can be copied in from an article directory or you can use your PLR articles, etc. The keyword tokens can be strategically placed throughout your html page template so that the page is optimized for the keywords that you choose. This in itself is a great feature for SEO and offers you complete flexibility for building your page whether it is exported as an html page or a text page – this feature applies to both options.

Once this is complete, just hit the save as html button and just like that, your page is created and saved at your specified location on your hard drive.

Take that page and add it to your website via FTP, edit your index page and sitemap to link to it and you are done.

Next time I will cover using Orwell Pro with XsitePro. This combination is very powerful and allows you to add a page to your XsitePro website as fast as you can say funny video. Well, almost. Anyway you won’t want to miss that post as I see this as one of the best features of Orwell Pro. And, if you are in to building websites, you should definetly check out XsitePro as your mainstream website building tool. It is the best and the easiest tool I have used to date.

Build a Sustainable Business with Orwell Pro

Wow, time really flies! I wanted to write about Orwell Pro more frequently than I have but things like the ALCS and now the World Series keep getting in the way. And since I am from the Detroit area, I am really hooked. Go Tigers!

It wasn’t too long ago I was trying to figure out how to best scale my time so that what time I did spend on my online business was time well spent and productive. Obviously, to do this, a person searches for the tools to help him/her scale the work such that you get more bang for the buck with every hour you spend on your business. I have to say, Orwell Pro is one of those tools. As a matter of fact, I am finding myself going to it more and more especially since I now use XsitePro and WordPress to build a lot of my sites.

That is why I wanted to write a series about Orwell Pro, taking the time to go into most of its benefits for you so you can hopefully see why I don’t think anyone should be without this tool. So bear with me…

Orwell Pro allows you to build a sustainable business with your websites by giving you the means to naturally update all your website content with ease. Naturally or organically growing the content on your sites ensures that your sites will be seen as trustworthy authority sites by the search engines for the long term.

The first thing you do in Orwell Pro is set up a project. The project keeps multiple site updates with their respective content separate from each other and also allows you to customize content using Orwell Pro’s token based template system. More on that later.

You can import content into Orwell Pro by navigating to any article directory, but there is an advantage to using one of the six built in article directories. And that is that once you find an article for your site, it is automatically put into Orwell Pro’s editor – no cut and paste required! The built in directories are Goarticles.com, Ezinearticles.com, Articlecity.com, Articlefeeder.com, PRWeb.com and Selfgrowth.com. This feature is extremely handy for moving several articles into Orwell Pro quickly.

Once the article is in the editor, you can add a commentary to it to make it unique on your web page if you like but you also have the saturation checker to evaluate how many web pages currently carry the article. What a time saver.

Having one or more articles in your project now allows you to create a text file, create an html file (web page from any template), export as an XsitePro web page and export as a WordPress blog post. All with the click of a button!

A text file for example, could be a single article file you create like yourarticle.txt. Or, you could append several articles together to make an actual RSStoBLOG text pod file – complete with the RSStoBLOG #TITLE##/TITLE# and #BREAK# tokens and ready to go! This is extremely powerful as the combination of Orwell Pro and RSStoBLOG allows you to create those text pods very quickly.

OK, so I have touched on the save as text feature a bit. There is a lot more there, like the complete use of 11 different tokens you can embed in your template to enhance keyword density. You can control the file name format and structure so that your article file names come out exactly how you want.

Orwell Pro – Easy Website and Blog Updates

If you have a website or a WordPress blog, you may have had to consider how to keep the site or blog updated with fresh content. After all, you know that SE’s like sites that are updated frequently. You also know that the search engines, especially Google, like to see content added to websites in a manner that allows the site to grow naturally.

You also know that more frequent updates to your site get your site crawled by the search engine spiders more often. The more your site is crawled, the better chance you have at receiving more traffic right?

Well, I recently started using a piece of software that really makes it easy for me to update my website or WordPress blog. And the way the software helps me do the site updates looks completely natural to the search engines. I am finding that the more I use this software, the more I like it. Its kind of like the tool you’ve been looking for for a long time that allows you to do what you really wanted to do – and now you just found it.

Orwell Pro makes updating your website, your XsitePro website or your WordPress blog a snap by helping you find relevant article content to your topic from article sources like Goarticles or like all of your PLR articles or even Creative Common sites among others. But thats not all. Orwell Pro allows you to check the articles you find to see how many times they show up on Google, Yahoo and MSN pages. So, if you find an article that you think you want to add to your site, you can first check its saturation to see if the article is over used. The saturation actually shows you the number of times the article is actually used!

If you happen to find an article that you think is used a little on the heavy side, you still have some options. Orwell Pro has a commentary box in the article edit area that you can use to add content around the article. This could be in the form of an introduction or some other relevant qualification statement. Find the keyword you want to use the article for and optimize the entire page that you place the article on in your site around that keyword. That way, the article ends up being integrated into a larger portion of relevant content on your site and is not seen as duplicate content. Yeah!

Saturation checks are one thing, but Orwell Pro’s other awesome features are what really makes this software cook.

Is It Alive or Dead?

Last time I wrote about a report that was spread over the internet about the Death of Adsense. A day or so ago, I read the second part of the story entitled Life After Adsense.

In this report the author, introduces us to a concept called click flipping. Click flipping involves the use of CPA ad monetization of your website with traffic driven to it primarily by PPC (like Adwords). In the raw sense, Click Flipping is really like CPA arbitrage; the intent being that you make more money on your CPA conversions than what it costs you for your PPC click traffic.

In the basic sense, I like the concept of click flipping. However, it may not be for everybody since you really have to be careful and know what you are doing when using PPC to drive traffic as costs can accumulate quickly.

As for me, I will probably try click flipping but I will take it slowly as to make sure I don’t get myself into any PPC cost trouble. Just so you know, and as I have indicated in previous posts to this blog, I like making money with CPA ads. They can be very profitable if you put the ads on a page that is set up to convert well. You are somewhat limited however in your ability to split test and track what you are doing since the advertiser controls the ad code which you just place on your site. But all in all, CPAs offer an attractive Adsense alternative.

But, is Adsense really dead? I don’t think so. I just think that changes are necessary to keep up with Google and how they rank your web pages. Right now, I think relevancy is the key and there are techniques and methods emerging like LSI that promise to get Google’s attention to your site. Google only wants to deliver the best search result thay can to their customer and they are trying hard to be good at it. So, that means that you may have to implement a little bit of a different approach to your Adsense strategy to try and make up lost ground – but it may be that you can never experience performance like you could in the past. You’ll have to find that out for yourself.

Does all this make me want to give up on Adsense? Heck no. It just means that tweaks are in order and… diversification.

Why diversification? Because I don’ think it is a good idea to put all your eggs in one basket. So for me, I am going forward with revisions to my Adsense Strategy while also implemeting CPA ad web sites so my business will be diverse and continue to grow.

Oh, just so you are aware… the author of the Life After Adsense eludes that he may have some kind of community put together where you may be able to participate in the Click Flipping Strategy. This system, I believe, may mimic his Adsense system (spoke about in the ebook) called The Passive Income Generator. I currently participate in that system (its free) and it essentially is a system where participant websites are linked together with blog farms driving more links and traffic for Adsense and/or affiliate income. The Passive Income Generator system is quite elaborate and well thought out. Look for the Click Flipping system to be similar. I just have this feeling…

Adsense, Adsense, Adsense

I like Adsense. Its easy to make money with Adsense. Its easy to put the Adsense ads on your site. Google does a good job at delivering relevant contextual ads to your site if you have done a good job with your keywords. That helps with clickthrough.

But, its getting harder to make significant money with Adsense. What income you do make is not neccessarily stable. Google changes its algorithyms or slaps you upside the head and the next thing you know your income is down. Recent changes Google has made to Adwords are impacting internet marketers who serve Adsense ads and you can find out why.

I recently have been writing about CPA Networks and making money from serving CPA ads on you website instead of Adsense ads. The reason why I have been doing this is because my personal experience with Adsense has been all over the map. Some times I do OK and then other times I do not. It seems that something is up and you get the feeling that you don’t have any control at all and thats not a good thing. So now…

Someone has come out with a short report that you can have access to for free that spells out what may be going on and what you can do about it. The report is called the Death of Adsense. It tells a story of a marketer’s Adsense income that is based on his real life experience and, how he has realized the significance of the changes Google has made and their effect on his personal income.

The report is an interesting read and does make a lot of sense. It also offers an upcoming alternative to Adsense which is related to what I have been talking about recently – CPA advertising. Only this person eludes that he has a high income earning system and, believe it or not – you can access it for free!
